Spin the fast food wheel
Hungry, in the car, and nobody will commit to a drive-thru? Spin. The wheel lands on one place, and that’s where you’re going. There are seven ready-made lists:
| List | What’s on it |
|---|---|
| Popular chains | 16 of the most common fast food chains in the US |
| Burgers | Burger spots, from the big chains to Whataburger and Culver’s |
| Chicken | Fried chicken, tenders and wings |
| Pizza | Delivery and carryout pizza, plus your local pizza place |
| Mexican | Tacos, burritos and bowls |
| Sandwiches | Subs, deli sandwiches and roast beef |
| Breakfast | Morning drive-thrus and coffee spots |
Not every chain is everywhere. Delete the ones you don’t have and type in your local favorites, one per line. Your list is saved on this device for next time.
Fair rules for the car
- Pick the list before you spin. Craving chicken? Use the chicken list so nobody gets pizza when they wanted wings.
- One spin is final. Or allow one veto per person, then the second spin is final.
- The driver doesn’t get a veto. They get to pick the music instead.
Tip: For a road trip, put only the chains you’ll pass on the highway on the wheel, so the winner is always at the next exit.
Fast food roulette
Turn it into a game: everyone spins once, and you each order from wherever you land. Or spin the restaurant, then spin again on the food wheel for which kind of item to order there. For a meal at home instead, the dinner wheel has easy recipes to cook.
A note on names
